A collaborative initiative by West Bengal State University, Scottish Church College, and SHER has a different conservation approach with taking into account the best available science of wildlife and biodiversity conservation with the impacts of climate change. The course has been designed and delivered with the objective of conservation to the common people i.e. students, teachers, business personnel, professionals, wildlife conservation supporters etc. The course aims to make complex environmental challenges accessible to the public and encourage proactive engagement. Primarily people must be aware of the complex nature of the problems and challenges to attain the conservation goals to mitigate climate crisis. They should then find out ways to join the fights for our survival, – as a professional, as a volunteer, as a communicator etc.pressing challenges of biodiversity conservation in the context of a changing climate.
